3 Deposits and Staged Payments
For custom-built or modified containers, or for high-value orders, we may require a deposit:
Standard containers: Full payment required before dispatch, unless credit terms have been approved.
Custom / modified containers: A 50% deposit may be required before work starts. Any cancellation deduction must reflect reasonable costs and cannot limit refunds or other remedies required by the Australian Consumer Law. Balance due before delivery or collection.
Trade / business accounts: We do not offer in-house financing, lease-to-own programs or instalment plans. Full cleared payment is required before dispatch, except for a custom-order deposit arrangement agreed in writing.
4 Invoices and Tax (GST)
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST unless marked "GST-free". A tax invoice will be emailed to you upon order confirmation and again when payment is finalised. If you require a copy for your BAS, you can download it from your account portal or request it from our accounts team.
For export sales (containers shipped overseas), GST may not apply — we will provide a GST-free invoice if you are exporting and we hold the required evidence.
5 Payment Security and Fraud Prevention
We take payment security seriously. We accept local bank payment only and do not collect or store credit card details. To protect customers and verify large orders, we may:
Request additional verification for large transactions.
Match billing and shipping addresses.
Contact you by phone to confirm the order.
If you receive a suspicious or unexpected payment request, please contact your bank immediately and notify us.
Refund timing: Once approved and any necessary collection and assessment is complete, refunds are processed within 14 business days, or sooner where required by law. Bank clearing time may be additional.
Bank Transfer: Refunded to the originating bank account (please provide BSB and account number).
Please contact us promptly about payment disputes. Nothing in this policy limits your rights to seek assistance from your bank or exercise statutory remedies.
7 Late Payments and Dishonoured Payments
If a payment is dishonoured (for example, a bank transfer fails), we will contact you to arrange an alternative method. A $25 administration fee may apply to cover bank charges. Orders are dispatched only after cleared payment; we do not offer deferred-payment credit accounts.
8 Currency and International Payments
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Online orders are paid by local Australian bank transfer. Credit cards and PayPal are not currently accepted. Please contact us before attempting payment from an overseas bank. We will not deduct fees from a statutory refund where doing so would limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9 Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive:
An email confirmation with payment receipt and order summary.
An updated order status in your account (if you created one).
For bank transfers, a confirmation within 24 hours of funds clearing.
If you do not receive confirmation within 2 business days of making payment, please contact us.

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless marked "GST-free". No hidden surcharges.
Full payment (or an approved deposit) is required before dispatch of containers.
Bank transfer payments must be settled within 5 business days of the invoice date.
Contact our team for a quote on multiple containers or custom requirements. In-house financing, leasing and instalment plans are not offered.
GST-exempt or overseas customers must provide valid documentation prior to invoicing.
We do not collect or store credit card details. Payments are made through the customer’s bank.
Your Consumer Guarantees: Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any guarantee, right or remedy you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
